Natalie Harris Gibson is the Founder and CEO of Axiom Aging Advisors, serving older adults and their families throughout Monterey County. Combining more than a decade of healthcare experience with specialized knowledge in Aging in Place, Natalie helps families navigate the often complex decisions surrounding aging, safety, independence, and long-term care.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbia University. As a Registered Nurse with more than 10 years of clinical experience, she brings a unique blend of medical knowledge, practical problem-solving, and compassionate advocacy to every client relationship.
Recognizing the growing need for trusted aging resources in Monterey County, Natalie founded Axiom Aging Advisors to provide personalized guidance for older adults who wish to remain safe, comfortable, and independent for as long as possible. She is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), giving her specialized expertise in assessing homes, identifying safety risks, and developing solutions that support long-term independence.
Natalie's background extends beyond healthcare. As Co-Owner of Axiom Home Tech, she has extensive experience integrating smart home technology, intelligent lighting, automated shading, and other innovative solutions that can improve safety, accessibility, and quality of life for older adults. This unique combination of nursing expertise and home technology knowledge allows her to offer practical, real-world recommendations that many traditional care consultants cannot.
